Alexis Schulze Grace, former Vice President of Communications for Capella Hotel Group, led global marketing and media relations efforts for the world-renown hospitality company. Her role took her and her family—husband Lukus and their two children—on a journey across the globe, living in cities such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Singapore and Atlanta (Alexis' hometown).

Following Capella's acquisition in 2017, Alexis continued her work in the hospitality industry as a consultant, focusing on marketing and social media strategy for a range of luxury brands. Then, in the wake of COVID, Alexis stepped away from hospitality to focus on personal priorities and a more intentional pace of life.

The Grace family recently relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, embracing a new chapter as Lukus leads the launch of The Cooper, a highly anticipated hotel project where he serves as Managing Director. Alexis currently spends her time focused on writing, speaking and, most importantly, raising her two children Salem and August. Her heart is for encouraging others through seasons of transition, growth, and faith-led purpose.
