Laura Story is a Grammy Award–winning songwriter, bestselling author, Bible teacher, worship leader, and speaker. Best known for songs including "Blessings" and "Indescribable" (recorded by Chris Tomlin), her music has also earned Billboard Music and Dove Awards.

Laura is the author of several books and Bible studies, including When God Doesn't Fix It, and her newest release, Stand in Awe: How Reverence Transforms Our Worship and Our Lives (Crossway, Spring 2026).

She holds a Master of Theological Studies and a Doctorate in Worship Studies and has served as a worship leader at Perimeter Church in Atlanta since 2005. Her greatest joy is being a wife to Martin and mother to Josie, Ben, Griffin, and Tim.
